In late March, RE/MAX affiliates from around the world will be trekking to Las Vegas, Nevada, for this year’s can’t-miss event in real estate: RE/MAX R4.

The 2024 RE/MAX R4 takes place March 25-28 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.

Here are five things to look forward to at the industry-leading brand’s largest event:

1. Building a referral pipeline

Networking is one of the main reasons real estate professionals attend R4. In just a few days, many build valuable connections, lifelong friends, and referral partners on a worldwide scale.

It’s notable that RE/MAX has a vast global footprint. Last year, affiliates from over 70 countries made their way to R4. These countries were represented at the Global Referrals Exchange, an event that celebrates the diverse cultures that comprise the RE/MAX network and helps agents find referral partners across continents.

3. Learning from insightful speakers

R4 presents the opportunity to hear insights from premier industry coaches, RE/MAX leaders, top producers, and inspiring thought leaders.

During Tuesday’s Opening General Session, attendees will hear from RE/MAX President and CEO Nick Bailey and RE/MAX Co-Founder and Chairman Dave Liniger. A household-name guest speaker will make a special appearance, too.

4. Attending can’t-miss gatherings
