It’s bright and early on Monday morning in Las Vegas. Becky Kirchner, an agent with RE/MAX Plaza in Woodstock, Illinois, is decked out in RE/MAX garb and donning the 2025 R4 badge at the RE/MAX Welcome Squad station.
“I’m excited to be here. R4 is the perfect time to meet up with my friends and referral partners around the globe,” she says.
And she’s certainly in good company. The RE/MAX energy is electric as thousands of the brand’s affiliates arrive at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino for R4, the annual RE/MAX gathering centered around learning, idea-sharing, networking, referral pipeline building, and bonding with passionate real estate professionals.
A few exclusive receptions – like one for Global Region Owners and another for the brand’s premier brokers – took place Sunday night, setting the stage for the celebration and collaboration to come.

On Monday morning, the Elite Mastermind session enabled qualified top producers to exchange sales ideas and strategies, while two RE/MAX Masterminds (formerly known as 501s) gave Broker/Owners a chance to share their best practices in office management.
R4 officially kicks off Monday afternoon with the highly anticipated Opening General Session, where attendees will hear from legendary coach Brian Buffini, Netflix co-founder Marc Randolph, and RE/MAX leaders Dave Liniger, Erik Carlson and Abby Lee. Affiliates in attendance will be the first to get the inside scoop on the latest RE/MAX innovations.
Afterward, the 2025 R4 crowd will come together at the Welcome Reception in the reimagined RE/MAX neighborhood to reunite with old friends, make new ones, and get invigorated for the jam-packed days ahead.
Each day of R4 will feature courses, sessions, panels and masterminds dedicated to the timeliest subjects – from harnessing the power of AI to leveraging the growing MAX/TechSM suite of productivity tools to future-proofing business and so much more. What’s cool: In 2025, R4 is emphasizing the value of peer-based education, placing plenty of top-performing RE/MAX affiliates in the spotlight to share their best practices with others.
With all-new learning tracks tailored specifically for agents, teams or brokerages, attendees are sure to leave with strategic insights they can implement in their businesses right away.
