Amy Lessinger Named President of RE/MAX, LLC

Amy Lessinger’s approach to the real estate business was shaped by her more than 20 years as a RE/MAX affiliate – first as an agent, then as a Team Leader, and finally as a Broker/Owner – with a long list of accomplishments in each role. Now, following a February 2024 promotion, she serves as President of RE/MAX, LLC.

In her first year as an agent, Lessinger was named Rookie of the Year. In her third, she was recognized by REALTOR® magazine in its annual “30 Under 30” spotlight of rising stars. And later, as Broker/Owner of a RE/MAX office in Reno, Nevada, Lessinger helped grow the firm to more than 130 agents. When she wasn’t recruiting, she spent much of her time coaching the agents and helping them reach their professional goals.

“I realized early on that growing my business was an essential part of success,” Lessinger says.”Whether it’s education or systems or being around other productive people – I’ve always looked for ways to grow. And, as a leader, I look for ways to help others grow, too.”

In 2020, Lessinger sold her brokerage and joined RE/MAX World Headquarters as Vice President of Region Development, leading a team supporting RE/MAX offices and affiliates across 15 western states. Two years later, she earned the title of Senior Vice President, supporting all U.S.company-owned regions.

Today, serving as President enables her to do what she’s passionate about doing – helping agents close more sales, Team Leaders reach their goals, and RE/MAX Broker/Owners grow their offices. Her efforts now, however, have a global scale – as she oversees all aspects of the RE/MAX network of over 140,000 agents in more than 110 countries and territories.

“I love this brand, and I love the people in this network,” she says. “I’ve been around them for nearly my entire real estate career. I’ve learned from them. I’ve been inspired by them. And I’ve seen the impact they have on each other, on their clients, and on their communities. It’s a special thing to be part of – and it’s an absolute honor to be leading the way.
