Daniel Dennis
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daniel Dennis leads the Customer Success and Expansion teams for REMAX. Together with his teams, Daniel works to enhance franchisee satisfaction and drive business growth in the brand’s company-owned regions across more than 40 U.S. states.
REMAX CAREER:
Daniel joined REMAX in 2025 with nearly two decades of real estate industry experience overseeing brokerage operations and leading high-performing sales teams. Prior to joining REMAX, he served as President of Illustrated Properties, a premier luxury real estate firm in Palm Beach County, with a network of 600 sales associates across 21 offices. Under his leadership, the company saw record-breaking recruitment. He also previously served as CEO of Roberts Brothers Real Estate in Alabama, achieving significant growth in revenue and profitability during his decade-long tenure.
ROOTS:
Daniel holds degrees from Auburn University (BS), the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (JD) and the University of Miami School of Law (LL.M.). Outside of work, he is a longtime mentor with the Big Brother Big Sister program and a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Additionally, Dennis is a former recipient of Mobile Bay Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 recognition and is a former Chairman of the Board for the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce.
