Cameron Jibril Thomaz, better known by his stage name Wiz Khalifa, has listed his longtime estate in Pennsylvania for sale.

Priced at $1,295,000, the rapper’s 4,400 square-foot home is set on nearly three acres of land and features five bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, ample entertaining space, a guest house and serene nature views. The property is located in Canonsburg, a suburb located southwest of Pittsburgh.

The three-time Billboard Music Awards winner grew up in Pittsburgh – the city which set the backdrop for the early days of his career.

Dustin Hook, an agent with RE/MAX Select Realty in Pittsburgh, holds the listing for the musician’s modern retreat. Hook originally sold the home to Thomaz in 2012.
