RE/MAX Agents, Teams Honored on 2024 LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Top Producers List

Each year, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance releases its prominent LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list as a way to recognize the individuals and teams making a significant impact in the lives of others through their profession. It’s no surprise that RE/MAX affiliates – who have a deep caring for the communities in which they live and work – earned honors throughout the rankings in 2024.

This year, RE/MAX agents held 30 spots across four categories: Individual Transaction Sides, Individual Sales Volume, Team Transaction Sides and Team Sales Volume (based on 2023 performance).

Plenty of these RE/MAX affiliates ranked among the top 15 producers. A standout mention is Amy Ruzick, an agent with RE/MAX Results in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who earned a No. 5 spot on the Individual Sides list.

Created in tandem with RealTrends, the 2024 rendition of the ranking honors 314 total individual member agents and teams across the country.

“While the numbers that our members generate on our yearly top producers list are certainly cause for excitement, they only represent half the story of the impact that the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has on the real estate industry,” said Anita Legacy Blue, President of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. “Not only does it show that LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals are powerful forces in the real estate industry, but confirms that those in our community, when afforded the opportunity, can and will excel.”

She continues, “We also should take pride in knowing those on the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Top Producers list play a leadership role in ensuring that members of the LGBTQ+ community have an equal opportunity to gain the American Dream of homeownership without the barriers of discrimination.”
