Buildout powers remaxcommercial.com, the RE/MAX Commercial website and syndicates listings to the RE/MAX Exclusive Listings tab on the site when commercial brokers use Buildout to build their listings.

For Patrick Buckhoff, the Principal Broker and President of RE/MAX Commercial Advisors Group in Houston, Texas, Buildout has helped him automate and delegate more tasks so he can focus on what’s important: getting more leads, helping more clients and closing more business.

With a couple of clicks his virtual assistant creates everything in Buildout – listing pages with photos, videos, flyers, accompanying documents and a way to contact him – and uses all that to easily promote his listings. Then, using the URL shortener from MAX/Center, they create a customized URL.

This, Buckhoff says, helps delineate him from his competition. By shortening the URL, he can simply text a client, or put a BombBomb video together with everything a client needs to know.  It’s that time-saving measure that helps Buckhoff take his marketing to the next level.

“I don’t want to be an expert at design,” he says. “I’m not trying to win an art award. Buildout helps me have the essential elements that a buyer will be interested in. It adds value and helps things look good.”
